OCP Releases Agenda for Engineering Workshops at DCD’s Colo & Cloud, Dallas, TX on 25 September 2017

Note, the Agenda has been revised, workshops will begin at 1:30 PM.

As part of our mission to enable innovation and adoption of open hardware and software, OCP will again be collocating OCP Engineering Workshops at one of this year’s global DatacenterDynamics Converged events.

The OCP Engineering Workshops are working sessions that are meant to be technical in nature and are designed to allow the OCP Project Communities to come together to work on the goals and set the direction of each project as it supports the mission and vision of the OCP Foundation. These events are free to the public, but do require registration.

Attending an OCP Engineering Workshop counts toward your OCP Tiered Membership time requirement.

DatacenterDynamics is a global B2B media and publishing company that develops products to help senior professionals in the world's most ICT-dependent organizations make risk-based infrastructure and capacity decisions. DCD brands are centered on the complexities of technology convergence in the datacenter.

We have been working with DCD for some time now and see this relationship as a key way of extending the global reach of the OCP and driving adoption within the datacenter community.

As such we would really encourage our members to get involved in some capacity at one or more of these events.

Since we encourage our contributing members to share their specifications and designs for the community to provide input to them prior to their final release it is important to remember that by providing feedback during this workshop, whether in written or oral form, you (and your organization if you are attending on behalf of an organization) grant OCP and its members the irrevocable rights to use the feedback for any purpose without further obligation to you.
